• Additional items can be added to the axe plaque at a charge of $10.00 for the first item and $5.00 for each additional item thereafter, with a minimum fee of $10.00.

• Badges, helmet shields, and other items not supplied by the customer can be added to the axe plaque for the same charge as specified above, plus the cost of the extra items ordered. Ordering additional items such as badges & helmet shields will cause the turn-around time to be longer; call or e-mail us for an estimated time frame and/or price quote if you need to order extra items to be added to your plaque.

• Extra plates and castings can also be added to your plaque for the standard charge as explained above as well as the cost of the additional items; no increase in turn-around time when adding extra castings or plates unless a proof is needed.
