| Individuals Ordering Badges must present a copy of their Department ID and/or a signed letter of authorization on Department letterhead. We will NOT process orders from individuals without proper authorization. Any and all attempts to purchase badges without a valid license will be turned over to local, state, or federal law enforcement. Please note that some states do not allow private investigators to carry badges or have limitations on the type of badges that private investigators, detectives, or process servers can carry. It is the responsibilty of the BUYER, not the SELLER, to abide by all local, state, and federal laws. Please check with your state licensing authority before ordering. |
